Confusion

Hi everyone. I guess there has been some confusion regarding the hotel reservations. I think it was my fault. I jumped the gun a little by posting the information about the group rate before my mom had finished filling out paperwork and negotiating with them. As a result, people have been trying to reserve rooms but not getting the discount. Please bear with me while I sort this out. Check back in about a week for more information.
